Amadeus automated refunds allow you to refund sale documents and electronic tickets quickly and easily for tickets issued on 364days in the past.   The refund transactions you enter search for data stored in the central ticketing server's document database. If the data is still available, the system uses it to create a refund record. If the data is no longer available, you enter details of the refund manually into a blank refund record.   You can process the refund records directly for full refunds, or manually update them for partial refunds. Automated Full Refund: You can process a full refund by entering the /FULL option with the document number, the PNR FA/FHE element line number, or the Query report (TJQ) sequence number. The refund is registered in the sales report. When you process a refund with the Full refund (/FULL) option, the system does not display the refund record first, before processing it. In case you made a mistake you cannot ignore the refund.
