Exemplary service to the government, community and the church till the end! After 20 plus years of civil service, returns to the island and dedicates his time and talents to the youth, local community projects and businesses, the island council and the church. Nothing humble about this guy, cocky, with a crazy work ethic, serious dedication to students and teachers. When he's under the influence, a whole different story :) Challengers traditional ways of thinking and stands for the truth. Rotuma needs more folks like this guy to return and continue to serve the community and the church. No amount of $$ from the government and remittances from relatives will move the island forward.
