Master Scuba Diver Vs Divemaster Or Both We get asked all the time, what is the difference between a Divemaster and a Master Diver. The biggest difference is one is a professional rating that requires liability insurance and is the first step in the teaching side of scuba, and the other is like having a black belt in karate. In this video we will be looking at both using SSI's (Scuba School International) training progression and standards.
