Mastering Task Priority in Microsoft Project

This is a Microsoft Project tutorial covering, Task priority, resource levelling, levelling options, levelling order and priorities. The tutor starts off by creating two tasks and adding the same resource. The tutor double clicks on one of the tasks to show the default priority setting. The range for priority is 1 - 1000. The tutor mentions that the higher the priority the more static a task is when resource levelling is activated. The tutor demonstrates resource levelling with the priorities changed. Levelling resources is a Microsoft Project tool to clear resource overallocations. The tutor covers what the levelling options are and mentions the that order tasks are checked.
