We change blade heights to remove an error with a previous box store sharpening. To do this we adjust the heights of the steel by measuring both the toe and heel balance points, and profiling the blades.
The toes and heels need to be feathered and blended to give the blades a continuous curvature that won’t interfere with gameplay.
