Mator Smash is a standalone application for performing automatic conflict resolution between multiple Bethesda Plugin Files for Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas.
This fills the same use case as Wrye Bash did for Oblivion, but possibly better. For more information please see the linked forum threads.
