MAXHUB XBoard V7 Interactive Flat Panel: Whiteboard Explained.
The whiteboard is a great tool for brainstorming sessions as well as to physically do hand drawings to explain concepts etc. You have a choice of any colours you may want to use, there are various ways of erasing with one being simply using the palm of your hand. The whiteboard has a tab to insert existing shapes, mind maps and tables. When using the mind maps or tables the blocks that you are writing in will auto size to the size that you are writing in. The file tab allows you to access images or documents that you have stored on the MAXHUB PC Module or perhaps a USB Flash drive. A unique feature of the MAXHUB XBoard V7 Interactive Flat Panel is that you can do Co-Whiteboarding, this means that you can do a collaborative whiteboarding session with up to 4 X MAXHUB XBoard V7 Interactive Flat Panels. Under the settings tab you are able to choose what the back of the stylus will do, it would function as an eraser or it could be a second colour. There are features called “Chart Drawing & Text Recognition” which will recognise what you are trying to draw or write and it will assist you in neatening up the presentation by converting your handwriting to text. You can change the background colours of the whiteboard to what suits you best, you can also change the Grid Background to have blocks or lines. There are several options available when saving the whiteboard file. You can generate a QR code which will allow people in the room to scan the code and download the whiteboard file to their phones. You can also save it as a PDF, PNG or a MHB file. A MHB file can only be opened on another MAXHUB Interactive screen in the whiteboard app.
