Squat: 430 // Bench: 295 // Deadlift: 495 @ 175 body weight
Did a little "mock meet" and tested the main 3 lifts after peaking on the 10 week "Unf*ck Your Program" program. Was pretty conservative on the lifts but felt like I did enough. Thanks to Lee and Joe for being my spotters and hypemen!
