Yesterday we managed a walk in Glen Doll. Ruairidh has now finished all his Higher exams so we headed out to do another two Munros- Mayar (928m) and Driesh (947m).It was a long journey for us in the van from Culloden. Total driving for us was 6hrs 26 mins which was longer than our time on the hills. It was very windy with a chill on the summits, but we managed to stay dry. Total distance was 9.68 miles, with 2986ft of ascent and 4hrs 26 mins total time. We stopped at the Scott Wilson memorial on the way back in honour of Captain Scott for a history upload 😀😀😀
