Meatloaf For Supper

No act of love, however small, is ever wasted Easy cooking for busy families The recipe is below: 1-1/2 lbs. of ground beef 1 box stuffing mix 1 cup beef broth 1 envelope of onion soup mix 2 eggs 1/2 cup barbeque sauce -add to ground meat 1/2 cup barbeque sauce-add to top of meatloaf when baked 30 minutes. Pour stuffing mix into a bowl and add the beef broth...set aside. Mix the onion soup mix and eggs into the ground beef and add the stuffing mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake @ 350 for about an hour or until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees. About half way thru add a barbeque topping and put back into the oven until it's done.
