This video is directed towards the work undertaken by graduates of a 2 year diploma (technician level). Thus it is more applied and practical than engineering undertaken by 3 year degree (technologist) and 4 year (professional engineer).
New Zealand is a small country (4M people) so our training more general than large counties. Our engineers are required to work over design and manufacturing.
