Settings that I endorse for playing medic. I also use DX 8 for more fps, but as that is dependent on the system I didn't bring it up in the video. Enjoy!

Change field of view: fov_desired 90
Change viewmodel field of view: viewmodel_fov 70
Enable minimum viewmodels: tf_use_min_viewmodels 1
Disable viewmodels: r_drawviewmodel 0
Disable Motion Blur: mat_motion_blur_enabled 0
Advanced Settings to Enable:
Auto Reload
Fast weapon switch
Hit Sounds
All 3 Medic Settings; Medigun continues healing, marker, and auto call (I use 99%)
Colorblind mode
Don't disable floating healthbars
