When we reframe our expectations around meditating the practice becomes very simple and need not be complicated or even judged.
I want to empower you to enter into your meditation practice with ease, keeping it small and simple to start, and over time you will begin to embrace that time and rely on it for all of those challenges we go through to calm yourself, balance your energy, align with your higher self in order to bring through wider perspectives, paradigm shifts, creative ideas, and peace.
I am encouraging a 5 minute practice. In your favorite space, your posture and set a gentle expectation of being prepared for a busy mind. Allow the ego mind to do what it does, observe the thoughts, say within “That is a story”, swipe it clean and repeat as needed.
This is meditation, observing thoughts, not a quiet mind. You can do this.
