Apparently there's a whole (19 tracks) beta version of the soundtrack!
This came to me as a surprise when I saw a request of this theme, but specifying BETA, so I did some research work (literally typed 'mega man x5 beta ost' on the search bar lmao).
Now, it's important to tell that, while most of the tracks in the beta version of the OST made it to the final release with some tweaks here and there, you can still find a couple jewels that are very different from Beta to Final release, such as Dr Light's Theme, the Stage Select music and why not mentioning it already? The original Duff McWhalen's theme that was cut off because it was 'too creepy', wtf capcom?!
