I decided, for some reason, that my Halloween costume this year would involve a lot of flowers. I watched several tutorials on making fabric flowers, but I didn't want to use hot glue and fire, so I figured out my own version that I could attach with needle and thread, and not hot glue. Please don't melt any fabric indoors or in poor ventilation. It smells very unhealthy. Supplies: 100% polyester fabric - I used a silk brocade Candle/Flame (lighter) Scissors Needle and thread (about 16 inches per flower should work) 3 or more beads for the center (1) 1mm bead for locking the thread into place Another candle to anchor your needle, if desired. You could use the same candle from before, too. Safety pin #diycrafts #diy #craft #crafty #fabricflowertutorial #fabricflower #sewing #polyesterfabric #tutorial #doityourself #instructional #howto
