Models: CIOS-A & CIOS-B. These machines can take up trimming job of
Metal insert of sizes up to 180 mm. The production rate of machines can be 8 to 12 pieces per minute depending upon the size of the insert. An operator is required to feed the work to the machine and all other operations are performed by the machine automatically. Two motors of 0.5/1 HP of 1500 RPM to 3000 RPM having 6 speed system are provided. The speed range from 900 to 3000 RPM to suit the requirement of the customers. The machine is suitable for use by the manufacturers of all type of insert. Even fresh worker can operate easily.
