MGA 20 Machine is specially designed to assembly the guide ring for spiral wound gasket, a new solution replace the traditional manual way guide ring assembly process. It uses hydraulic power pack as force, to press the guide ring into a cut shape in first step, then flaten it back in second step. There are 2 sets of dies for deforming the guide rings, cover sizes from 1/2“-8”， but one set of flattening die for each sizes of rings, same size of basic type and inner type can share one set of flattening die.
