Amid the sun-soaked streets and glitzy nightlife, Miami police detectives Freddy Rico and Vega Alicia de la Rosa--known as “V” by her colleagues, worked tirelessly to bring justice to a city increasingly gripped by the insidious drug trade. Freddy was a seasoned detective with a fondness for classic rock and a wardrobe full of mostly white and some pastel blazers. His sharp wit and unrivaled instincts made him a formidable opponent to Miami’s criminal underworld. Meanwhile, V was as tough as they come. She was whip-smart, unwavering in her resolve, and possessed a fierce determination to dismantle the drug networks plaguing the city. Together, they formed an unstoppable team. Their nemesis? Drug Lord, Antonio "El Diablo" Vargas (The Devil). Known for his cunning and ruthless ambition, El Diablo sought to monopolize the illegal drug trade. He was meticulous, always staying one step ahead. With the local and state police, FBI, politicians, and courts in his pocket, he seemed untouchable.
