Micro Vs M2

Lagree Fitness creator and founder Sebastien Lagree explains the differences and similarities between the Micro and the M2. The Micro and the M2 are created for the Lagree workout; however, you can use both machines to recreate any gym exercise from the comfort and safety of your own home. The Micro is a compact full-body workout equipment that allows you to stay fit anywhere; the M2 is a full body workout equipment which requires a dedicated space. Many of the M2 exercises can be done on the Micro but not all; and many of the Micro exercises can be done on the M2, but again, not all. The dimensions of both machines will affect what exercises can be done and how they can be done. Both machines complement each other. The Micro is a super effective machine to train the core because the weight of the carriage is very light (only a few pounds) and very responsive. You won't get a better core workout on any other machine. You can also use the Micro laterally for more functional training. We recommend the Micro for those who don't have a dedicated space to workout (either home or studio). Despite its much shorter size, the Micro will make you shake, sweat, and sore.
