Whether you've received two shipments or one, these steps will take you through the appropriate way to return your samples and equipment to Trace Analytics, LLC after sampling. Trace Analytics, LLC www.airchecklab.com Transcription: To avoid retesting, notify your shipping department of these instructions. The samples are temperature sensitive and need to be received by our laboratory within 24hrs to avoid growth. We recommend shipping your plates the same day they are collected. If this is not possible, plates must be refrigerated (not frozen) and shipped the following day. These are the items you will need in order to complete this shipping step. We will cover them in the following steps. One, Did you receive 1 shipment that included both your equipment and plates, or did you receive 2 shipments (1 shipment of equipment, and a separate shipment of plates)? This will determine how your shipment will be packaged. Two, Are you shipping between Monday through Thursday, or are you shipping on a Friday? You must contact Trace before shipping on a Friday to arrange for a next morning Saturday delivery label and to schedule personnel to receive the samples. 3) Are your ice packs frozen? Make sure all of the Pinocchio equipment parts are in their corresponding slots within the aluminum case. Don't forget to include the spare parts, cleaning supplies, and instructions. Start with the large box. After inserting the aluminum case, make sure the equipment shipping label is placed on the outside of the box. The small box, as well as the cooler, will safeguard your samples. The following items seen here are also included. Make sure your plates are locked, labeled according to your Chain of Custody, parafilmed, and placed into the provided sterile bags. Spread the frozen ice packs evenly throughout the insulated cooler ensuring even contact with your samples. Don’t forget your sterility blank. Seal the insulated cooler and place it into the small box. Before closing the box, insert your Chain of Custody into the sleeve. If you received 1 shipment, then the equipment and samples will be shipped back to the laboratory together. If you received 2 shipments, the plates in the small box will be shipped separately from the equipment. Your sample plates must be shipped next day. Don't forget the Next Day shipping label that was provided in the small box. Remember, if you are shipping on a Friday, contact Trace to confirm your Saturday shipment. Your shipping label will look different. The "S" indicates a Saturday delivery for UPS. You're ready to ship. Thank you for testing with Trace.
