The make table query is really useful for backing up data in Access. You can get it to create a new table based on criteria and save it either in the current database or add it to another Access database. This can help create a snapshot of your data or help speed up your database if you can look through a smaller table. I have also used this to create a lookup table. This video, like many on my channel, has been created using Camtasia https://techsmith.z6rjha.net/zaqjq0 For more tutorials see my website http://www.jargonfreehelp.com I am an Amazon an Techsmith affiliate and might earn when purchasing from any of these links. However, this does keep my free tutorials to you going.
