Microsoft and Google both have free forms software, with a lot in common but each does certain things better than the other. I go through both and contrast dozens of features across both to give a full picture. Google has searchable dropdowns, better spreadsheet linkages, allows response editing/autosave for recipients whereas Microsoft has a Ranking question type, analyses rating questions better, has better theming & re-colour text and has more branching capabilities.
