Project for the web uses the Microsoft 365 Groups to put all the infrastructure in place including a SharePoint Document library, OneNote, a shared mailbox and calendar; allowing the members of the group to collaborate and share information. Over the past two years, Microsoft has grown the capabilities of Project for the web to a point where it now supports both the smaller, lightweight projects AND traditional Enterprise portfolio management.
