You guys asked for it! I'm far from the best at this style but I hope it answers all your questions! And as always, more information is down below! Can you tell how uncomfortable I am talking about anything other than sewing? Ahhh awkward I forgot that youtube doesn't allow annotations anymore and didn't have time to reupload. Here is what I intended on linking to... 0:44 https://angelacostumery.com/2017/06/23/striped-cotton-dress-early-20th-century-photos/ 0:48 https://angelacostumery.com/2017/11/26/1918-ensemble-dressing-for-downton/ 14:13 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5EDJcLWc8Y 14:19 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiF6lRSAhqk 14:27 https://www.instagram.com/p/BcM8u-LgY4q/?taken-by=angelacostumery ✩Hair✩ 1" & 3/4" soft foam rollers (similar): https://www.amazon.com/Conair-Soft-Bouncy-Curls-Rollers/dp/B001KYS930/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1513382009&sr=8-3&keywords=foam+curlers Brush: http://www.sallybeauty.com/denman-brush/SBS-103200,default,pd.html Comb (similar): http://www.sallybeauty.com/krest-cleopatra-rattail-combs/SBS-143431,default,pd.html?list=Search_Results#q=comb&start=1 Hair Pick: http://www.sallybeauty.com/cricket-ultra-clean-pick-uc140/SBS-354504,default,pd.html?list=Search_Results#q=pick&start=1 Teasing Brush: http://www.sallybeauty.com/spornette-tease-brush/SBS-735115,default,pd.html?list=Search_Results#q=teasing+brush&start=1 Aussie Aussome Volume Styling Mousse : https://www.target.com/p/aussie-174-aussome-volume-styling-mousse-6oz/-/A-13961779#lnk=newtab Garnier Fructis Style Curl Shape Defining Spray Gel: https://www.target.com/p/garnier-174-fructis-174-style-curl-shape-defining-spray-gel-8-5-fl-oz/-/A-12443914#lnk=sametab Got2b Glued Blasting Freeze Spray ... Just as a follow up on foundation, I appreciate recommendations but literally all liquid products oxidize on me. I've put a dozen swatches on my cheek in sephora from all different brands and they have all turned bright orange or changed drastically in color after an hour. I'm not sure if it's my skin texture (I was on accutane several years ago and still suffer from very dry skin) or PH or something else...it's bizzare. That's why I don't use a liquid foundation and white mixer - I can get it to look my shade, but it doesn't stay that way. Thicker formulas I have fewer issues with, but they don't tend to be dry skin friendly. And powder foundations sit really badly on my skin. The cream products are a bit heavier than I'd like, but they are the only product i've EVER tried that gives me consist coverage and doesn't change shade on me. They also don't have fragrance (which breaks me out more than oil based products). If you have something else that works well for you, I wouldn't recommend them. But they are the only thing I've tried and liked in the past 4 years! ✩Makeup✩ Tools: Real Techniques Complexion Sponge, Real Techniques Brushes, & Jessup Brushes Clinique Moisture Surge Vaseline Cocoa Lip Therapy Kryolan Ultra Foundation in White Kryolan Supracolor in 406 & 1W (this is oil based, so probably not for everyone) NYC pressed powder in translucent NYX eyeshadow in Haywire NYX blush in Taupe The Balm blush in Cabana Boy The Balm blush in Frat Boy Wet n Wild Brown Icon Pencil in Brunette Coastal Scents hot pot in Vanilla Sky The Balm Meet Matt-rimony palette The Balm Nude Dude palette Wet n Wild Proline Loreal Butterfly Mascara Clinique High Impact Mascara Physicians Formula retractable eyeliner Colourpop lipstick in Ellaire My sweater was from Forever 21, the earrings are from the BBC Downton Abbey collection. ✩✩✩ If you are interested in seeing more of my work or contacting me, I'll leave links to my various sites below! Ad revenue doesn't cover material costs for most projects featured in videos; much less a wage for the time spent filming and editing. ✩✩✩ About me: My name is Angela Clayton, I’m a twenty year old designer and seamstress who is currently living on Long Island, in NY. I’ve been sewing for five years and focused on period costumes and original designs for the last three. I make costumes for fun and to expand my skill set so I can hopefully get a job in the industry someday. Check out my FAQ linked about to hear more about me, and any of the other sites to see more of my work! I can be contacted with inquires about paid work via the email above. ✩✩✩
