Midea Mini Dishwasher MDWMINIBL E1 fault code

Purchased this dishwasher from MyDeal, BigW, (Woolworths Australia). have tried to return it by contacting support online. Lenard is the contact and has no clue. He requested I had to make this video so he can get advice from the supplier, 3 weeks in now and after numinous email etc, still can't get my money back. Do not buy this product or anything from MyDeal.
