Migrate Data from all tables from one database to another using Talend

Most organizations today engage in data migrations.. Take data storage for example, enterprises today are migrating tons of data from their on-prem storage systems to cloud-based infrastructures for faster performance, more elasticity and more flexible cost structure. So today's discussion is on --migrate from one database to another! Yes , you heard it right -- it's not a single table migration , it's complete database migration :-) What are the challenges in this case?
