I caught a tweaker couple trying to steal copper wire from Milestone moto racetrack near Riverside, Ca. These fools were cracked out and trying to make up every excuse in the world. I had to video tape it. Luckily for the owner I called out 1 of my electricians to fix the damage. KIDS....DONT DO DRUGS AND STEAL COPPER!!!!!!
