Minecraft | Block Update Detector 1.18.2 | Explained

BUD switch or Block Update Detector is an amazing Mechanic that a lot of people don't use to much and in this video I wanted to shine some light on the mechanics on how it works and what you could use it for. BUD / Block update detector started off with the basic minecraft doors and it has been applied to Pistons as well. Minecraft bedrock edition has Eliminated the BUD switch completely out the game but it still works on Java Edition. Bedrock edition took out the BUD / Block Update Detector and in my personal Option, it really affected the mechanics of pistons and a lot of Minecraft redstone builds for bedrock edition.
