14 RedStone Dust
1 Redstone Block
1 Redstone Repeater
2 Redstone Comparitor
4 Pistons
4 Hoppers
1 Lever
2 Smooth Stone Blocks
ATTENTION:
You MUST have screen animations on inside of video settings. If you have this off it will not work. This might be the main issue for most of you.
