After using the standard curve (clamshell) reflector for a headshot session over the weekend, I decided to find one much smaller and portable that I could use on location. This one worked perfectly and this video shows the step by step process of putting it together. It's going to be perfect on location whereas I can keep the standard size one in the studio.
