Here's a fun & easy miracle dress cupcake💃
I'm using two petal piping tips, two blue toned buttercreams, sprinkles, Mirabel print out (also available in my Amazon store), toothpick and some tape.
Simple concept, just ribbon the cupcake around with buttercream, darker layer on bottom, and 3 layers of lighter blue on top.
