missing you (edit)

edited version of another song in my upcoming EP "imaginary girlfriend". i originally wrote this song in 2015 with my dad for a project in music where i had to write an album (i did most of the work and my group was the only one with an actual album). i liked the original, but my vocals at the end were INCREDIBLY out of tune and it made me cringe every time. i used the original in a short film i made during my time in the BFI academy called "Mute" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLqWGgI0U4w). i did cut out the out of tune part so no one else has to listen to it. anyway, i decided to rewrite it because i always liked the song, but felt like i couldn't put the original anywhere because of the bad vocals at the end and also because i felt like there was more i could do with it. thanks to my dad for doing most of the work in 2015 so i could rework it five years later. lyrics: (oh) don't know where i am i am far too gone help me find my way while i sing this song don't know where i am i am far too gone help me find my way before it's too long (i'm missing you i'm missing you i'm missing you) i've lost you (i'm missing you i'm missing you i'm missing you) and you've lost me too (i'm missing you i'm missing you i'm missing you) i've lost you (i'm missing you i'm missing you i'm missing you oh) and you've lost me too (oh) ...
