Mitsu uchi with 8 beat solos.
Goals:
1. improve understanding and awareness of 8 beat rhythm and it's length
2. develop and implement several rhythms that you can easily produce "on the spot"
3. become more comfortable and flexible with improvisation/making things up "on the spot"
4. be able to retain and reproduce a rhythm heard
5. produce a "counter/complimentary" rhythm that overlays one on the video
6. have fun, be creative and crazy, experiment on different surfaces/body parts!
