Bike Sharing Demand Prediction Using Machine Learning Regression In this project, we tackle the challenge of accurately forecasting bike demand for rental companies. Using a dataset from a bike-sharing company, we trained a regression machine learning model that achieved impressive results, with an R-squared value of 0.88 and a mean absolute error of just 2.58. We analysed the impact of features such as temperature, weather conditions, and seasonality on the model's predictions. By deploying this model in real-time, bike rental companies can make data-driven decisions to optimize their operations.
