ML3 Direct Write Machine Tutorial - Part 2

Part 2 video tutorial on using the Durham Magneto Optics ML3 direct write "mask-less" photolithography tool in the Flexible Cleanroom, SNSF, Stanford University. In this video, I will go over a complete two layer process with a precision alignment of the second layer to the first layer, and resulting images of actual lifted off metal films. And I will go over some of the various writing modes, and some special features.
