The Multi-Layer System(MLS) uses Multi-LayerFilm(MLF) to create ZonePatchSheets for die-cutting machines.
MLF is made of 10 layers of 20μ Toray PPS resin film, the hardest in the world.
The size of MLF is 800mm x 1100mm.
For large sizes, stick them side by side on a protective board.
Use by pasting MLF on a protective plate and covering it with PET film.
MLF is used in over 400 die-cut machines in Japan.
