Just a quick basic tutorial on how to load up raycast shader on your computer, I would not recommend using raycast shader if you have a laptop or slow computer as it can take a while to load up and can crash mmd.
This tutorial shows you how to load up raycast on mmd in the correct order using a skybox and environmental lighting.
And then applying materials using subset extract on models to make them more realistic and react to raycast lighting.
