IF you look at my UT movie Sneak peek here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_0mMauqwB4 , you'll see that one of Frisk's eyebrows is lower, the other is higher, this is to show you how I achieved that look, this can also be used to make winking facials =)
*EDIT* For some reason...the latest version of PMX editor from inochi-pm is more confusing in the department of morph editing...I would personally suggest eoscustom3d's version (the version I used in this video) here: https://www.deviantart.com/eoscustom3d/art/English-Pmx-Editor-v1-1-542100208
