This is a Ray HasBrouck designed Number 3, Mill Engine at 1.25x scale with a 1.25 inch bore and 6 inch machined cast iron flywheel. It is pictured in the book published by Village Press Publications, Traverse City, MI, titled “The Steam Engines of Ray HasBrouck” pages 22, 23 unfinished, back cover finished. Made from machined steel, brass and aluminum it has an attached Cartwright mechanism of parallel motion
