RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS,,,, 6 different ammos tested today. CCI SV groups improved by .165,,,, SK high velocity match came out even,,,, TAC 22 and Eley Sport were hurt by the modification,,,, SK pistol match special improved a little but not a significant improvement,,,, Remington Thunderbolt improved the most with a .227 difference. So far it looks like in most cases it doesn't make a big difference with good quality ammo. The cheap stuff like Remington Thunderbolt and CCI SV can be improved. It doesn't turn it to match ammo but should be better for plinking or hunting. One more test to do at 25 yards with the Anschutz 64. Then I wait until the 50 yard range opens in the spring. I'll post another video with more details on these targets.
