Experts of Reymann Technik and other engineering offices have delevoped a milestone in the world of precast building systems and set the foundation for the further development of the company's modular housing production system. The video shows the application in a pilot project, where the modular building system was successfully tested. The modular system consists of: • The massive column of stability made of three core modules, that besides static function also include stairs, hall, toilet, bathroom, heating room. • The massive retractable roof with a ready to paint inside surface, insulations and battens, who can be finished by the roofer without any additional work • A sound decoupled stair construction of a material saviong, self-supporting unfolding structure. • Complementing walls and ceilings These components can be easily modified, providing maximum flexibility to customers.
