Modular Patching (beyond the Basic Beginner's Patch) - Part 1

This continues (finally) my series on Modular Patching ideas and techniques ... earlier videos in my Playlist on modular patching focused on the sounds that could be created when your modular was patched like a standard non-modular analog synth (Prophet 5, Oberheim, Jupiter or Minimoog) or else simply demonstrated specific modules and "standard modulation techniques" .... in this video series, I want to go further into demonstrating various patches that cannot exist without a modular (after all ..... why buy a modular if you only intend to patch it like a standard synth ?) .... unlike most other Youtube channels, I spend most of my time EXPLAINING the patch rather than making music with it because I personally found that most other channels do the opposite (they present lots of modular music but give very little useful information about how they patched it ... perhaps to highlight their talent while keeping their techniques a secret ?)..... if you are watching my videos, you want to LEARN how to make those great sounds for yourself so that you may realize YOUR MUSIC rather than merely listening to mine.... I hope I can help you better understand modular so that you may realize YOUR musical dreams !
