Modular Signal Strength Counter! [Tutorial]

Here we got a modular signal strength counter design, very flexible and easy to set up with a rollover (to count onto the next level effectively making this a x15 counter!). For this video I set it 2 of them up with an S-gate from last video, making a very nice win-detection system for a team-based scoring system! Unfortunately the latest snapshots make this obsolete!
