This set of mini-lectures focuses on how to solve problems faced by the government, the private sector, and civil societies in developing and transitional countries. In these lectures, and in the programs that CDDRL runs for rising leaders in the developing world, we try to deepen understanding of the causes underlying social and economic problems and provide some tools that can be helpful in addressing those problems.
This second lesson will explore how to develop solutions in the Policy Problem-Solving Framework. We will focus on how to generate ideas for solutions, synthesize evidence, develop a theory of change, and prototype solutions.
