The Dion Engineering filling machine is a semi-automatic unit with two filling heads. This filling machine is suited for filling into single bags type MDPE Snap cap, bottles or containers.
HOW TO WORK THE FILLING MACHINE?
The filling machine has two dosing pistons, ending with dosing nozzles. The product feeding is realized through the dosing nozzles.
At starting the filling process, both pistons get down and the dosing nozzles get into the bags or bottles openings. First, product starts flowing from one of the dosing nozzles and respectively it fills the first bag / bottle. The other dosing nozzle does not feed material, until the filling of the first bag / bottle is not completed.
