The actual condition of the hand grips required me to manufacture new once. I decided to go for molding. First I had to create a negative together with one of the original grips. After that, I was able to mold a set of grips that perfectly match the original shape. The actual grip is made with a shore A 40 hardness. This enabled a better deform due to the undercut.
