Today's episode is about a monay bread recipe. It is a popular dense bread roll commonly found in most bakeries in the Philippines. It has a distinct indentation on the middle of the bread, dividing the bread into halves. It is best served hot and paired with hot drinks.

Ingredients you will need:
3 ¼ cup plain flour plus more for dusting
1 cup lukewarm fresh milk
1 large egg, room temperature
½ cup white sugar
½ cup powdered milk
2 tsp instant yeast
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 160C
