Money Talks!
Tim's collapsing flower causes him to saw the table in two - with his toy circular saw! A selection of toys from 1985... A wind up hula dancer spins around the table... Tim then shows two toys with the same idea, but which were made 25 years apart! Both show a toy that is balancing a ball on its nose... the toy walks forward a bit, then flops forward so the ball is touching the ground and they then spin round a few times, then stand up again and walk forward some more. The original is battery powered, the more modern one is much smaller, and is powered by a tiny wind up micro motor. A couple of Frozen Moments sculptures, both showing a stream of paint pouring from a small paint can; in fact these are desk tidys, for keeping paper clips and the like. A giant soft toy - a caterpillar with lots of legs! A wooden toy called 'City Neu' or new city! It starts as a cube, and pulls out to reveal a whole array of buildings. A very neat mechanism. A radio from the USA. This has a one dollar bill shown on one side, and George Washington's mouth moves in time with the the sounds from the radio! Another power tool, or a toy version anyway. A drill with very realistic sound effects! Tim shows a couple of glitter pom poms, the kind of things that drum majorettes use in the USA at big parades or sporting events. Finally, a reel of silver tape that cascades down in a silver fountain. Tim reckons this is a magician's prop, although he feels that the magician would then turn the pile of silver tape on the table into a pile of silver coins, with just a wave of their hand!
