Every sequence has a monotone subsequence
In this video, I prove a very important result, namely that every sequence has a monotone subsequence. This will be useful for the Bolzano Weierstrass theorem. Not only is the result beautiful, but so is the proof, which is taken from the Analysis book by Ross.
