Montex and Texbase Setup and Configuration

Montex is Texecom’s alarm monitoring and event-handling software. It’s mainly used by monitoring centers or control rooms. When an alarm panel sends events like intruder alarm, fire, tamper, arming, disarming, etc., Montex receives them, displays them to the operator, logs them, and helps trigger the correct response. Texbase is a central configuration and data management platform for Texecom systems. It’s more about managing panel data rather than monitoring live alarms. Texbase stores customer accounts, panel configurations, user details, zones, and site information, and it integrates with tools like Wintex and Texecom Cloud.
